Title: Cupping
Description: Nine instruments for use in bleeding and cupping. Figures 1 to 3 show scarificators for bloodletting (phlebotomy). Figure 4 shows a syringe used to draw blood out when attached to the cups in figures 5 and 9. Figures 6 and 7 show glasses used in cupping, which would draw blood to the surface of the skin by creating a vacuum. Figure 8 shows a brass lamp to heat the cups in order to create the vacuum. From a volume written by a maker of medical equipment.
